seems easy enough, I will see how long it takes to receive the product, why is the shipping so expensive, usps will ship anything that will fit in a box bigger than what I'm ordering, for 5 dollars???? doesn't make sense does it
The technical support was great. All my questions were answered and very informative. The only problem was the package arrived in with a lot of crushing on one side. This is due to the carrier.
