Did good, But shipping way to high.
Some one Named Ashly , Knew her stuff . I was amazed at her Radio Knowledge . After she describe exactly what my concerned with the Pocket Radio was...I instantly bought it..I spoke with a lady about the same radio and she had know clue what I was talking about, and this was Cranes own site :( You guys need 20 More like her.

Thomas Mattson is the gentleman that help me and he did a wonderful job he sent me a schematic drawing on how to set everything out which was extremely helpful very pleasant gentleman the deal with and I would definitely buy from solid signal egain due to his customer service thank you
I was unhappy that only 1/2 of my order had arrived and that I had to postpone putting up my cell phone mast. When I called they did their best to make me happy and went beyond what I considered necessary at the time. I received the other half of my order from them very quickly and soon there after received another 1/2 of my order again; possibly a backorder from the original manufacturer. They did their best and now my antenna is in place.
