My dad lives in the central valley of California, old clunky antenna, got 3-4 channels max, will not spring for a dish. I called Solid Signal, his location was evaluated by a technician with equipment recommendations. I ordered an antenna and amplifier, two days later my 86 year old dad gets 42 channels clear as a bell! Good job!
Need to inform customer that if item ordered is lost in mailing - you must have insurance to recover cost of item. To many items lost in mailing.
