I had different customer service representatives inform me they would check on my order and e-mail on the status of the order I had not receive. Finally Ashley Ross (a great representative) did e-mail with information. I feel it is very important that your representative provide e-mail information upon request.
Idealpctech@outlook.com-- I used the online ordering today. this is the second time I have ordered from SS. This is the second time something showed incorrect after placing an online order. I picked the protection offered for 1.99 and it didn't show up at the end/ order confirmation.
I placed an order on Sunday afternoon and received delivery on Thursday. I am very pleased with Solid Signal.
