Customer service excellent. The rep. was very knowlegible and helpful. Products arrived quickly and in good shape. These mounts are well made and allow the radio's position for sturdy yet flexible access/use. Akron Co. has done a terrific job with this design. Installation quite easy and the floor plate is even pre-drilled to allow 2 necks to mount to it which I did with my installation.

I am so impressed! Now I know why both DirecTV and Winegard technical departments recommend Solid Signal. The technical support is prompt and easy to reach. The products are compatible with existing systems. The online buying system is amazingly easy to use and goof proof! I just wish there were more products on this website I could not live without!
It was all very good. One thing I wish u wed do different is send an email when theborderbhas been shipped. Otherwise satisfied.
While the package came promptly the chimney mount came with instructions and u bolts for another style of mount. I had to buy nuts and bolts that should have come with it in order to complete my installation. SS should check their suppliers for quality control.
The product we ordered came quickly, in good shape and worked as advertised. Very satisfied.
