Look! It’s nice when the front desk girl (Charrise?) greets you by name and makes sure you are well. Then…my favorite nurse…Haddy…is the best. I will walk out if my appointment isn’t with her every single time!! She is the best! Keep her.

First impressions are the best & when you are extremely anxious about having a procedure …a hug & a smile go a very long way. Laurette was that comforting shining star for me…Thank you for explaining everything to me and making me feel comfortable, you are a true asset to the field!
All the staff, nurses and Dr Centeno were extremely professional, caring and wonderful. Laurette specifically was such an exceptional nurse and always asked how was i feeling and if needed any additional details/care. I loved that she was the nurse i initially saw on my preop and the day of procedure.
