I visited Sono Bello in Norfolk and I must say the front desk service was exceptional. Cherrisse and Deja were extremely helpful and answered all my questions in a polite manner. 10/10.

The office staff at Sono Bello was very professional and acknowledged me as soon as I walked through the door. Deja the individual at the front desk gave me my needed paperwork and asked if I had any questions. Ariel the Individual that I had my consultation with was very professional and educated me on what to expect after the procedure. Due to my experience at this particular office I would recommend Sono Bello to others.
I visited the center in NC and then accidentally called the Norfolk center when I could not get through. I spoke with Deneen and she was amazing. She was the manager and still gave me her time and attention even with the error. Now I’m booked for norfolk and I will try to get in with Dr. Centeno. I’m excited to see them next week! Thank you Deneen!

Nurse Lisa is absolutely wonderful!! This is the second time that she’s prepared me for surgery. Both times she was VERY professional, and made me feel comfortable. She is great at what she does!

I went in for an initial consultation. The reception staff were wonderful to work with and very professional. My consultation was with Elizabeth Hazelette.
