Had my first Venus treatment today with Roukyia! She is amazing!!!
Would give 5 star but I had a fair amount of pain during the procedure. We all react differently to meds and pain. I was more sensitive than I expected. Dr and staff are wonderful and very caring. Good place and staff at Norfolk Va.
The ladies are friendly and provide good customer service.
Extremely professional my nurse Jen was awesome and very patient! She kept my husband informed and did a great job. The whole staff was amazing and made me feel super comfortable!

It is Always a great experience at Sonobello especially when greeted by the front Desk with Deja and Sharerse . I always feel welcome and know that I’m in good hands. I also saw Roukyia the Nurse who did a great job with the Venus treatment. I felt relaxed and confident during the session.
I cannot express enough how friendly and professional all the staff is at Sono Bello Norfolk. Each and every person made me feel safe and welcomed. Jen was fantastic and made sure all my questions were answered and went over all information in great detail. I am forever grateful for everyone’s kindness and assistance.
Look! It’s nice when the front desk girl (Charrise?) greets you by name and makes sure you are well. Then…my favorite nurse…Haddy…is the best. I will walk out if my appointment isn’t with her every single time!! She is the best! Keep her.
