The office staff at Sono Bello was very professional and acknowledged me as soon as I walked through the door. Deja the individual at the front desk gave me my needed paperwork and asked if I had any questions. Ariel the Individual that I had my consultation with was very professional and educated me on what to expect after the procedure. Due to my experience at this particular office I would recommend Sono Bello to others.
I visited the center in NC and then accidentally called the Norfolk center when I could not get through. I spoke with Deneen and she was amazing. She was the manager and still gave me her time and attention even with the error. Now I’m booked for norfolk and I will try to get in with Dr. Centeno. I’m excited to see them next week!
