First impressions are the best & when you are extremely anxious about having a procedure …a hug & a smile go a very long way. I have been in the medical field for 26 years & some RNs lose sight of why they went into this field. Laurette was that comforting shining star for me…Thank you for explaining everything to me and making me feel comfortable, you are a true asset to the field!

All the staff, nurses and Dr Centeno were extremely professional, caring and wonderful. Laurette specifically was such an exceptional nurse and always asked how was i feeling and if needed any additional details/care. I loved that she was the nurse i initially saw on my preop and the day of procedure.

Everyone was excellent! They all made me feel comfortable along with making sure I was comfortable with my decision in being ready for the procedure. I worked with Liz & she was fantastic! I can’t wait to get my work done!!!

The ladies at the front Desk were amazing and very friendly. I went in for my preoperative appointment and was very nervous but soon as I started talking with the Deja and Sharese I felt very at ease. Dr. Gilbert nurse Laurette is amazing also!!

I must give recognition to my nurse Elena Houck. My journey like many was filled with lots of anxiety and nervousness. I mean I was freaking out to.the point of tears and high BP (never had BP issues in my life). However Elena's patience and kindness was so comforting. She was so genuine and resourceful for all of my concerns. Couldn't have asked for a better team.

The nursing staff at the Norfolk location is remarkable one nurse in particular stands out with me with me and her name is ELENA. Since day 1 I could always count on her answering any questions day or night her bedside manner has ALWAYS been amazing and she's very thoughtful and knowledgeable with everything she does. I am so grateful That GOD linked me with her as my nurse because I could not ask for better.. I PRAY she never leaves because she is an amazing diamond ASSET to the company.... thanks ELENA and Crew

So.. I have not had the procedure.. yet.. I am booked... Absolutely cannot wait!! So excited! Liz spent almost an hour with me during first consult.. gave me her # & personal cell # if I had questions... which I did.. she promptly answered my questions & even told me to swing by the next day if I needed to (even though she was fully booked) she could squeeze me in if it helped me be at peace..
