I had the best experience at my pre-op appointment. Laurette (sp), Deja, and Sher were the absolute best team of ladies! I loved their energy, professionalism and humor. I would recommend this facility solely because of their presence. Dr Gilbert was very patient, informative and clearly knowledgeable. I cannot wait for my surgery at the end of the week!

The new staff is amazing! They took great care of me and my needs! I didn't feel like just a regular customer. They took the time to learn my name and helped to fit my appointments around my schedule! They are AMAZING!

When I arrived for my procedure I was greeted the woman at the front desk. Her name is Deja. Right away she showed excitement for me and it helped me to relax. I really like her welcoming vibe.

This establishment has the best staff I’ve ever encountered. From the front desk, specifically Deja and Cherrisse. They were always amazingly friendly and helpful. What impressed me was they remembered my name after my first visit. They would always see me walk in, say hello and we’ve got you checked in. Everyone always apologized for any delays and we’re super comforting. Dr Centeno was amazing as well.
Cherrisse and Deja are amazing! Those girls up front are awesome, fun and high energy. Warm and welcoming environment from start. The providers from consultation, assessment and care amazing.
My experience with sonobello Norfolk was amazing! For desk staff was amazing especially Cherrisse she was so awesome and very help.Dr kaplan was so amazing I love his work he definitely hook me up! Nursing staff was so nice an awesome I definitely recommend sonobello to others
