This is an update to my initial review to include post-procedure commentary. Again, the entire staff was excellent!! Alex, my nurse was super-awesome! Deneen, the office manager, was (and is still) the epitome of wonderful customer service. This is true for pre, during and post-procedure instances. Dr. Centeno was great and his bedside manners were immaculate. I am now a month into recovery and I must say…. I’m overjoyed with my results thus far!! Thank you SB Norfolk. 🙌🏽

I had a consultation last summer with Liz and it was absolutely amazing. I called the office yesterday and spoke with the manager, only because she answered the phone Lol! I literally spoke to Deneen for about 20 minutes where she thoroughly explained the procedure and my options. I was afraid at first, but Deneen made me feel 2000 times better.
