The staff here at Sono Bello have been absolutely amazing in addressing my concerns for any possible issues. The nurse Alexis has been wonderful and answering any and all of my questions. Whenever I have came in for my post-op appointments. I would definitely recommend your services!!!
The Sono Bello staff is amazing!! The front desk girls are so warm and friendly! They work hard to make you comfortable. I even saw them babysitting kids while patients were getting consults. My schedule is insane and they always did everything they could to work me in! Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful!
Alexis King was awesome
Alexis is outstanding and her professionalism combined with her kind “ bedside manner” made me feel heard and not dismissed for my post op concerns. She gave me honest feedback that did not make me feel like she was just giving me false reassurance as a formality. This kind but direct honesty should be a standard for future candidates looking to join the sono bello team. I don’t know how my outcome will be but I am confident she will be open and honest and persistent to see my through to the results I’m looking for.
