The office manager, Deneen, is EVERYTHING!! I have nothing but AWESOME things to say about her!! She has GREAT follow-through and the BEST when it comes to effective listening!! She does NOT listen to respond…she listens to understand and EXECUTE!! Deneen, along with her team is nothing short of AMAZING!! I am at the end of my recovery from ex and Lipo and I have to say I am the happiest woman in Norfolk. That Norfolk staff is amazing. When I tell you that Deneen Williams has turned it around! It has been 2 months since having my procedure and I absolutely love my results! Dr. Centeno is very caring and meticulous. He explained the procedure thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I felt completely at ease. His nurse Alex was wonderful and went out of her way to make me comfortable during the procedure. They make a great team and I would recommend Dr. Centeno and Sono Bello to all my friends! I feel like a new person😄

I had my consultation with Liz. She is amazing!! Knows her stuff and with a doubt was I comfortable from the start! Very soft spoken but very confident In herself with what she does. Liz didn’t make me feel embarrassed whatsoever when I had to take off my clothes for her to access my problem areas. The front staff was also great!
