I had a revision done by Dr. Centeno a little over a year after Dr. Siegel failed to do his job effectively. (Dr. Siegel no longer works there.) Now, let me tell y’all…from start to finish, the Norfolk office was nothing short of awesome!! The receptionists were very friendly and displayed professionalism and astute customer service. Everyone has been so wonderful the entire time from the original appt with Kat to Dr Gilbert taking care of me and answering all my and my husbands questions. From the procedure and the first two appts Angelic my nurse has been patient and kind . Cherrisee and Deja are always so friendly at the front desk and remember me like family. Highly recommend . Love them all to pieces.
This was my 1 week Post OP appointment and I had Alexis King. She answered all my questions and addressed my concerns with the swelling. Already lost 6 pounds in the first week!
Dr. Centeno, MD is the best. He is just excellent. He made me feel so comfortable during my surgery. He transformed my body into beauty. Lisa Rodriguez, she was excellent as well. She was very informative. She gave me all the tools I needed to get through the whole procedure. The staffing was also very kind and for this I will be forever grateful for your service.

Professional, Knowledgeable, Just Awesome and it was only my consult appointment. I am very particular and I don’t compliment easy so when I do a review, believe what I write. I had a consult with another cosmetic surgery business 4 days prior to consult with Sono Bello. Just had my consultation with Ariel and it was awesome! I love that fact she broke everything down about the procedure and cost to me; and answered all me concerned questions 😆!
