So.. I have not had the procedure.. yet.. I am booked... Absolutely cannot wait!! So excited! Liz spent almost an hour with me during first consult.. gave me her # & personal cell # if I had questions... which I did.. she promptly answered my questions & even told me to swing by the next day if I needed to (even though she was fully booked) she could squeeze me in if it helped me be at peace.. Deja at the front desk was the best part of my day!
I recently sat in on a consult with my bestie and Ariel made my jaw drop. She was so vibrant and real. When we arrived, the front desk girls were just simply amazing. Deja made me laugh and even convinced me to book an appointment for myself. Those young ladies in the Norfolk office are the truth. I am now moving forward with surgery and Dr. Kaplan will be my doctor! Wish me luck!

I recently booked an appt for consultation in New York, but the reviews are buzzing about Norfolk. I am going to take a nice trip down there to have my consult and possibly book with Dr. Robert Centeno. I called and spoke with a young lady by the name of Dee who made me feel like a million dollars. She was so calming and informative, she is also a native New Yorker lol. I will be there next month and I am super excited about transforming with Dr. Centeno!
