I have NEVER felt so comfortable in a consultation for anything in my life, Lauren was the BEST. She explained everything perfectly, was so nice, and actually gave me hope for what my future could look like. I have had body image issues my entire life, and for the first time, I can honestly say I am excited about my body, and what I truly believe we can achieve. LAUREN KNOWS HER STUFF! I went in for a consultation on Tuesday with Lauren in Silver Spring. She was polite, sassy and knowledgeable. Instantly made me feel comfortable. She thoroughly understood my needs and even stood me in the mirror and helped me visualize it. We had some minor scheduling challenges but Lauren did not leave for the day until she was able to work out all the issues and call me directly with good news! Lauren Spivey was amazing! 🤩🤩 She was very patience to respond all my questions and she always responded my texts. 😍😍 I just got the procedure and I feel wonderful without any pain. Love the people who work there. Lauren was really professional explaining the entire process of surgery. I have my surgery done 1 month ago and I really recommended. I feel really happy and more confident. I love my resold!!!
