SOTA has helped me lose 42 pounds in 8 weeks so far. I haven't been hungry, and have had very little cravings, which is surprising to me. The nutritionists are great to work with.
Challenging but rewarding
I’m loving the meals for being prepped so easy specially as a busy mom of two I’m loving the fact that I don’t have to think ahead. Then it is easy to follow with all the help and support of nutritionists. I feel like this is an achievable goal.
