In the beginning, I thought this would be a difficult task. The girls at SOTA did everything they could to make it easy. 11 weeks in now and each week just gets easier. The food is good and I am learning how to cook LOTS of interesting things that I might never had tried otherwise. The recipes they provide are easy to follow and prepare. Just what we all need when we are "too busy" to take care of ourselves.
I have been on the SOTA plan for 10 weeks now and have lost almost 45 pounds. The plan works well and the consistent and safe level of weight loss is such that the long term success is all but guaranteed. I am nearing goal weight but look forward to just how much I might lose. The support and guidance has been nothing short of amazing. My SOTA guides have been knowledgeable and encouraging through every step.
