Great program and easy to follow.
I lost 9.2 lbs the first week and have lost over 30lbs. The patience and expertise of the Ladies is outstanding especially since I didn't stick to the plan after the first 3 weeks. However, they were always encouraging, I know I'll lose more!
So far so good, very helpful, and are very friendly. Facilities are nice and you dont feel like your being judged when you walk through the door. This lifestyle change was easier with their support!
After completing 24 weeks and losing a total of 70lbs I am overjoyed! I had been struggling with Type II diabetes, high blood pressure and cholesterol. I was taking (5) daily medications to help control them. I knew I needed some drastic changes to my diet and exercise regime. I am happy to report that my doctor has recommended that I no longer need my diabetes or high blood pressure medications. I am down to one maintenance dose of cholesterol medicine.
