These folks are always so friendly and supportive. I finished the program in October, 2022 losing 40 lbs and just went in for a follow-up weigh-in and I am holding within 3 lbs of my completion weight. I highly recommend doing the periodic weigh-ins once you complete the program. They help you stay focused on good eating habits.

I’m very satisfied with this plan as it really works. I’ve lost 50 + pounds which was my desired goal! I’m hoping to start maintenance in February. Makala is my nutritionalist and is wonderful to work with. She’s been very helpful in helping me reach my goal. She’s always willing to answer any questions I have. Looking forward to start the maintenance program soon!
The Sota program helped me to loose weight and change my eating habits. Having to report a food diary and weights weekly kept me motivated and accountable. Now that I am on maintenance I do have days when I gain a1-2 pounds but I can easily loose it by just getting back on track. I have spoken with my friends and family about Sota and encouraged them to do the program but stress that it is a lifetime commitment in order to keep the weight off. Sota is about changing your relationship with food.
