I don't want my picture used or this made public. The only reason I'm answering this is because I want you to know how I thought my consult went. I visited with Tara, and she was darling. I really liked her. However, I don't feel I got anything out of the $25 consult fee I paid - not even a recipe! What this consult was for me was an ad for your food and program. The phone consult was great. However…SOTA needs to offer a more budget friendly option. You’re missing a huge potion of people.
Good to call every week during the losing period. I met my goal and lost 29 lbs. maintenance has not been that great
Hard to adjust to, and I was so extremely fatigued the first week. It is a very hard diet to maintain if you are on the road and in a hotel room without a microwave or refrigerator. I have lost wait and I guess that is the important part. If the weight can stay off with more normal eating that will be the really big part, to make this a not so trendy diet.
The program seems straightforward, but the upfront cost is too much, allowing someone to pay it out weekly without the deposit would allow entry for more clients.
I am happy with the products and the regular weekly updates. However, the counselor that has been assigned to me needs to listen more and talk less. She also needs to understand struggles instead of just correcting behaviors. It is difficult to be told do this and do that without listening to what I have done or what I am doing.
Mostly good.. was hoping for at least 2# per week loss. The last 3 weeks have all been less than that
My wife and I were looking into the program. Kinda excited...we had our Consutation call with Tara...we wanted to discuss the expenditure Tara was going to call us back. We had basically decided to sign Kathryn, I was going to wait. THEN.....Crickets....No call.... Wow....if that was going to be out Support Team and follow up...our decision was we would find another program. I kinda wish NOW I didn't even pay the $ 25.00 I REALLY feel ripped off now.
