Too expensive
Guidance provided by staff seems to conflict with what was presented in video. Seems like there was a significant turnover in staff a few months ago and it hasn’t been the same ever since.
The young lady that was giving information about the program was unable to differentiate SOTA from any other weight lose program. Not quite sure why I would pay $37 a day for it. Seemed like a highly inflated price with no science to back it up.
I am on your program however everyone on the team are so young and skinny. Most of the people that are clients are not in their 20’s. I have paid over $2800 to drop 21 pounds and I am 8 pounds of goal. The team is very judgmental if you happen to go to Venice and not keep with the plan. I am in the program to get healthy and to learn how to maintain a healthier lifestyle. Drinking a glass of wine is not the end of the world and should not be judged so harshly. Maybe I should try a different location
Medications I need to take have made the process seemingly impossible for me. I explained to the dietician person during my last visit that I had to take them for depression, sleep and high stress. I told her that I needed to take a few weeks to relax so my body would maybe not spike so much cortisol. (Recently divorced) Not one person has called me to check on me. Not one. And this was supposed to be a “family feel” experience. I am requesting my money back. Thanks

Very good informative through process. The price was to high for my budget. My estimate cost was around 12k dollars. Me and wife never heard of such a thing.
I went in and was ready for a new start. I liked what I heard but was a bit expensive. I took the plunge and started. I got really sick after 3 days had to stop due to health reasons. Per my Dr!!!! They refunded all but $600. I personally feel if due to medical reasons they should have refunded ALL my money. I didn’t just quit the program. Disappointed in their customer service.
The orientation is rushed and the prepackaged food is nasty.
