Way too expensive
Haven’t started the program yet.
I’ve been with Sota for 5 months. The weight is coming off extremely slowly. I lose 1-2lbs a week and that’s it. Last visit, the nutritionist asked if I was taking my thyroid medicine. I don’t take thyroid meds. She looked at my information, and none of it was correct! They had all sorts of illnesses and conditions applied to me that were wrong! She said “but you signed off on this...oh wait...you didn’t!”’ no one asked me to sign off on anything. No telling who’s information was on my forms or where mine is.
Great! Very easy to talk to. Wish the program was cheaper!!!
Felt it was very vague and money was discussed more than program. Literally the clipboard for me to sign up was pushed to me and I didn’t appreciate that
It was great...people were nice...counselor was nice...sounds like a great program. But it was WAY too expensive for me.
Everyone was so nice, the program is way overpriced therefore I choose to not move forward
