I can’t express enough just how positive this experience has been!! I have let go of almost 80 pounds! I feel amazing! My experience with SOTA was pleasant and great. The location was convenient and the entire staff was professional, genuinely friendly, knowledgeable and informative. The integrity of this company is obvious in its employees and the office atmosphere. Im excited about the program and product!
In and out quick
People are nice but I'm in a hurry, need to get moving when I say I'm in a time bind. The food is not good either, so saying the program is easy would be a stretch.
Staff is very nice. Information is great. Answer your questions. Only thing is I’d like to get a few more products for the price you pay Pretty expensive to go. Wish it was a bit cheaper so I could go longer. Couldn’t afford the whole time I need to meet my goal. But will try hard on my own. 😐
I am losing weight but on my terms. The “food” from SOTA is horrible. If you just have ten pounds to lose you could do it but for a longer weight loss it just doesn’t work in reality. They have an alternate way with grocery store foods that have no sugar which helps. The price isn’t worth what you get. I don’t think any of the 20 plus year olds in the center have ever had to lose weight so there’s that. I’m not sold on SOTA but since they took all the money up front I’m going to keep going to try and make it worth it to me.
The people are nice some are more helpful than others I lost weight . It’s way too expensive though
