I have nothing but praise for the people at SOTA weight loss! They make you feel like nothing is impossible and they're there to make sure that the impossible happens! This program has brought so many benefits to my physical health. My A1c is down from 5.9 to 5.3. My blood pressure has settled below 120/80 consistently. I’ve lost over 40 pounds in just over 12 weeks. I have less pain in my joints. I am able to do more. I also sleep much better. If you follow the plan, you will lose the weight and the health benefits follow.
Lost a ton of weight. Feel great, look great, sleep great. What's not to love. SOTA was a great investment. I would do it again. Time to shop for some new clothes.
