This program has brought so many benefits to my physical health. My A1c is down from 5.9 to 5.3. My blood pressure has settled below 120/80 consistently. I’ve lost over 40 pounds in just over 12 weeks. I have less pain in my joints. I am able to do more. I also sleep much better. If you follow the plan, you will lose the weight and the health benefits follow.
