Having the help of SOTA has helped me gain control and understanding of what, when, why, and how much I eat. It’s helped me recognize the difference between true hunger and mental hunger or habit. I have lost an average of 2 pounds per week in 9 weeks but I am on the downside of the weight loss, with less to lose than I have already lost. It was expensive but it was what I needed at this point in my life.

This was so easy. I feel and look so much better. I love the change that I have made to let go of poor eating and exercise habits. I LOVED the positive and spiritual meditations and the powerful impact overall for my success. The coaches are great! I would highly recommend this program to anyone wanting to let go of some pounds in a healthy and sustainable way!

It’s always a pleasure to go to SOTA. That’s not always been the case with me and a scale. All the self confidence I’ve gained since December 2021 is because of the encouragement I received. If you follow the advice and instructions you’ll never have to lose all the regained pounds again.
I owe my new self to SOTA and Lauren!!! This is the best I have looked and felt in 50 years. The plan is easy, as long as you stick to it. Maintenance is a bit tougher but Lauren is helping me through it. I love SOTA and the staff.
