Sign up process was personal and quick. Excited to get started.
Everyone has been very kind and supportive. I also appreciate that SOTA has decreed Dietitians not just certified nutritionists. I am also pleased with the products. Not only do the protein rich products keep me full feeling, but they taste good. Furthermore, there are enough different options to keep my palate interested & not weary of eating the sale things over & over.
Started the program September 22' at 287lbs. Stayed on program for 6 months. Currently, May 23', on maintenance program at 177lbs. The team at SOTA is knowledgeable and continues to help me understand proper nutrition.
Sota has changed my life. Taught me how to manage groceries. Understand the process of what u are putting in your mouth. How to use alternative products of drink and food. Thanks SOTA.
The team at the Fort Worth location was really friendly and loved the energy and vibe of everyone for my initial visit. Rebecca really took her time listening to me why I was there what I want to accomplish etc and really got me started in what seems like the right way! Love it so far!
Week 13 I have lost over 32 pounds
I didn't see the value in your services.
I have taken twice as long as I should to take off my weight, but that is on me., I took breaks several times. I liked all the nutritionists but Rebecca really came along side me and helped me get to where I wanted to be
At first I thought it was overpriced. In hindsight I have lost almost 30 pounds and am a size 4 now. The resources they game me made doing keto easier than if I had tried to figure it out myself and it was very quick. I lost all my weight in just 3 months. It was totally worth the money to me now ;) And now I have the knowledge and resources to use this diet again should I ever need to take weight back off again.
