It has been a great experience so far. They have worked well with me on the financial side as well as trying to find ways to keep me encouraged and pushing along with Until I was registered in the program. I am now waiting for my box and to begin the program as soon as possible.
Great program. Everything is well laid out. All you have to do is follow it and you get results. I thought I would miss my trigger foods, but I don't. My coach was there to answer any and all my questions. Now I check labels on most things I buy. It was a real eye opener to see how much sugar and carbs are in most things we used to buy. I reached my goal weight right on schedule and maintenance is really easy.
I only got through the consultation portion of the program, but Rebecca was super helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and fun to talk to. Financially wasn’t viable for me, but left with good feeling gs about the program.
The coaches with SOTA are exceptionally well-trained. They address clients concerns thoughtfully and individually. The food is good. I had great success because the eating plan is structured and clear. The price is rather expensive, although worth the cost.
SOTA was great to work with and had a great experience, lost 80 lbs!

It has been a great experience. SOTA personnel have been very supportive and the meals are tasty. I have changed my habits concerning what I am eating. Down 36 pounds and have another 9 to go!

Everyone has been very kind and supportive. I also appreciate that SOTA has decreed Dietitians not just certified nutritionists. I am also pleased with the products. Not only do the protein rich products keep me full feeling, but they taste good. Furthermore, there are enough different options to keep my palate interested & not weary of eating the sale things over & over.
