Four weeks of following the SOTA eating plan has resulted in a 12 pound weight loss for me. 😊 My energy is good and I’m not hungry. I appreciate the helps for eating out.. So far, so good!

Amazing program and people! Every time I called with a question like, what to eat at a restaurant they replied immediately! They are supportive , positive, complimentary, very knowledgeable about the program and how to fix a problem with your diet to be successful. They promise you that if you follow the program you will lose weight and I did! SOTA helped me lose fat with their easy to follow program. The nutritionists are knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive. I could text them and they would answer any questions I had about products and recipes and more. I didn’t feel starved in my program and the SOTA products were tasty and helped curb any sweet cravings I had. The recipe site and holiday recipe handouts were a blessing and helped me stay on program!! Thanks SOTA!
