This was so easy. I feel and look so much better. I love the change that I have made to let go of poor eating and exercise habits. I LOVED the positive and spiritual meditations and the powerful impact overall for my success. The coaches are great! I would highly recommend this program to anyone wanting to let go of some pounds in a healthy and sustainable way!
It’s still hard for me to stabilize but my counselors are great in helping me figure things out!

It’s always a pleasure to go to SOTA. That’s not always been the case with me and a scale. All the self confidence I’ve gained since December 2021 is because of the encouragement I received. If you follow the advice and instructions you’ll never have to lose all the regained pounds again.
I owe my new self to SOTA and Lauren!!! This is the best I have looked and felt in 50 years. The plan is easy, as long as you stick to it. Maintenance is a bit tougher but Lauren is helping me through it. I love SOTA and the staff.
Your weekly calls from Lauren are a real help in keeping me focused. I know that with her support I am not having to this alone.
SOTA's program is the greatest. I lost 47 pounds over 14 weeks, following the guidance of my coach Christian and utilizing the great products. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone that's serious about weight loss.
