Lost a ton of weight. Feel great, look great, sleep great. What's not to love. SOTA was a great investment. I would do it again. Time to shop for some new clothes.

Following the diet plan was easy. I never felt hungry. I was able to follow the diet with the help of the nutritionist. The nutritionist was lots of fun, always encouraging and full of helpful information
