Little over two weeks in and I have lost over 14 pounds.
I have been with SOTA for 32 weeks. I am down #65.2. It is a program that you commit to follow and you see results. Weekly check-in's have helped me to continue working hard and staying committed. Thanks SOTA!!!
The support of all those at the SOTA office is amazing !
SOTA helped me lose fat with their easy to follow program. The nutritionists are knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive. I could text them and they would answer any questions I had about products and recipes and more. I didn’t feel starved in my program and the SOTA products were tasty and helped curb any sweet cravings I had. The recipe site and holiday recipe handouts were a blessing and helped me stay on program!! Thanks SOTA!
SOTA works point blank if you’re even thinking about it just do it . Do this for yourself and these wonderful people at SOTA work extremely hard for your success!!!!!
