Good team at the Fort Worth Arlington Heights SOTA office. Theyre helpful and friendly. Have lost 80lbs in 15 wks. Program works.
Always inspiring to check in with SOTA…every one always has a happy greeting and always good advice….I find maintaining my weight as challenging as loosing the weight…I’m looking forward to a new year and all the weight loss behind me….to anyone doubting it can be done , it most certainly can be achieved.

I came back to SOTA after gaining under half of what I originally lost on the program a few years ago. Foolishly, I quit paying attention while abandoning the positive things I learned then. I renewed my commitment and with the non judgmental and encouraging support of my counselors got back to my goal weight. SOTA works while easily providing healthy and satisfying nutrition. It is rather the healthy lifestyle that I enjoy and can embrace for life.
This is a healthy sure way to achieve your healthy weight goal.
