I gradually added about 50 pounds of unwanted weight over a number of years. I tried different weight loss programs, but they provided only temporary relief. Always inspiring to check in with SOTA…every one always has a happy greeting and always good advice….I find maintaining my weight as challenging as loosing the weight…I’m looking forward to a new year and all the weight loss behind me….to anyone doubting it can be done , it most certainly can be achieved.

I came back to SOTA after gaining under half of what I originally lost on the program a few years ago. Foolishly, I quit paying attention while abandoning the positive things I learned then. I renewed my commitment and with the non judgmental and encouraging support of my counselors got back to my goal weight. SOTA works while easily providing healthy and satisfying nutrition. It is rather the healthy lifestyle that I enjoy and can embrace for life.
