The most necessary part of reducing weight has been the consistent texts, emails, and phone calls from well-trained and well-educated nutritionists. I am also experiencing success by having a very prescriptive eating plan. Although expensive, it is motivating to have “skin in the game” with SOTA.

I really didn’t think it was possible for me to lose weight! This program is the best. I learned how to eat properly and Christin is amazing with her encouragement and helpful hints! Of course the accountability is the key but I look and feel so much better that I hope it will keep me going in the right direction!
