The SOTA team in Fort Worth are all very pleasant to work with and they are nutrition knowledgeable. I am still working on my program but their support is important and immeasurable.

For my first visit I can say the staff was friendly, professional and accommodating to my situation. A ‘no-nonsense’ attitude toward the challenges of weight loss was held by all. Am looking forward to the process, and the progress I will make with their support.
I had an exceptionally positive experience with SOTA weight loss! The weekly call from a coach was alway friendly, supportive, and they were well-educated. I appreciated their knowledge because I always had questions and they always had answers! I dropped 45 pounds during my 12 weeks with SOTA. It was more expensive than I had hoped. Although there’s a lot to be said about having “skin in the game” as an additional source of motivation.
SOTA was represented very well by the nutritionist who did my initial consultation. Rebecca explained some of the research behind the SOTA program. It’s great that a nutritionist is going to keep continuous mentoring along the journey. Payment options were presented. I felt that my needs will be met throughout this adventure to reach my weight loss goals. I’m looking forward to future contact with Rebecca & associates.
So far, I am thrilled with my experience with the program. All the products are tasty and staff are welcoming and helpful.
