I love my weekly calls from Christin. Very encouraging and always celebrating my wins every week. When I only lost very little or stalled for a week she was very encouraging and able to help me though it to get me losing again. LOVE this program and have had so much success!
I love my Fort Worth SOTA team. I’m now two years post weight loss with only minimal Weight gain. The team is a big part of that and I would strongly encourage any one who has met their goal to continue to come back for accountability check ins. They are so great with suggestions and providing that same level of success and encouragement.

The team is very professional, attentive, efficient and friendly. By following the SOTA program, I have lost almost 15 pounds in the first month. One of the best parts of SOTA, is that I am able to select the check-in times that work best for my schedule. At each pre scheduled appointment, the team greets me, answers any questions, and prepares me for the next week at each visit. I am very pleased with the program, the team and the results and look forward to reaching the maintenance phase (hopefully sooner than projected)!

I had been trying for a number of years to lose weight but could never lose more than about 5 lbs. Following the SOTA program the weight just melted away far quicker than I could have ever hoped. I achieved my goal several weeks sooner than predicted. It has just seemed like magic to me. I couldn’t be happier!
This was the best experience. When I first started I told myself this is not for me, it is just not something I can stay with. Each week I came in for the weigh ins and could see the difference . It is a life changing event that you have to commit to and it will change you and your life.
