I had been trying for a number of years to lose weight but could never lose more than about 5 lbs. Following the SOTA program the weight just melted away far quicker than I could have ever hoped. I achieved my goal several weeks sooner than predicted. It has just seemed like magic to me. I couldn’t be happier!
This was the best experience. When I first started I told myself this is not for me, it is just not something I can stay with. Each week I came in for the weigh ins and could see the difference . It is a life changing event that you have to commit to and it will change you and your life.

I have to be honest with you, I was a little hesitant once I started looking into sota. But after talking with the nutritionist, and her giving me hope that I could lose this weight quickly or in a healthy way. I became very excited I am committed to use this program until all my weight is off. I’ve been very happy with my interaction so far.
