It was an amazing lesson of empowerment. I am not going to say it was easy, nor fast but if you are faithful to the program you will see the results. I saw steady results, mind you they are slow, but you have a very good support system behind you. It’s a way of life now and I do believe it is a way I can live and maintain my weight. I still love an occasional check in to keep me honest.
Everyone I’ve talked to so far has been very supportive and professional. I am so excited to get started!
The encouraging accountability each week is the best. I also appreciate how the program teaches you to eat real food that is best for your overall health.

I was skeptical at first but saw the results in the first week and never looked back. I lost 62 pounds in 16 weeks and managed to maintain my weight through all the temptations of the holiday season. The only downside is having to purchase a whole new wardrobe.

The program is challenging in the first week or so but the results are without a doubt worth the challenge. This has been the only weight loss/life-style change that has been effective from Day 1 and continues to be effective.

It was tough to get started but it worked - I had to lose weight to lower my blood sugar and inflammation level. This program worked beautifully. I used the whole food method they offered so I learned how to cope when I graduated. It’s a great diabetic diet - better than the registered dieticians at the endocrinologists. I wasn’t losing the weight through their guidelines.
