So far, I have lost 41 pounds and about 10% of my body fat. I’m not hungry in between meals and I feel so much better than I did prior to being on SOTA.
Beginning day 2. No ill effects and I haven’t starved just yet. Let’s see how it goes throughout a Monday. I have high hopes.
January 2022 I was fat (301lbs) and out of shape and was really hating the way i looked and felt. Everything fit me snug and over I just looked terrible. I contacted SOTA after hearing radio adds and then seeing one of the spokesmen in person and saw his transformation. The program was pretty easy to follow and in 16 weeks i lost 73lbs! I feel amazing, I’m in the gym everyday, I’m eating better and I’ve had to buy an entirely new wardrobe. Thanks SOTA!!
Very informative and kind
It’s been fantastic! I get to eat steak, chicken, turkey and fish and all my favorite vegetables and still lose weight - 27 pounds in my first four weeks. I love the once a week counseling. I like the snacks and I’m inspired to lose 70. Thanks to SOTA, I’m on my way!
