Amanda Jones is amazing. She expained everything very clearly telling me the "Dos" and Don'ts" of the SOTA weight oss program. She has been following up on my progress and very helpful in making suggestions for my progress. Goal is to lose 45 lbs.; down 8 lbs inthe first 3 days. :) - Dale
Excellent experience so far being a little over 5 weeks in the program. Great staff and product plan which takes most of the guessing out of your daily diet. Love it !
I lost over 50 pounds on the program. The program was easy to follow and I did not suffer at all! The staff at Sota is very supportive and encouraging. I have maintained my weight over the last several months and I am extremely satisfied.
