My experience so far has been great. Everyone has been very nice, helpful, willing to answer any question. Packages have arrived when expected. I very much am looking forward to working with the sota professionals to achieve my goals.
Due to a death in the family, I was not as consistent with my SOTA schedule, but SOTA extended me grace which was very encouraging.
