This month marks my 4 year since completing letting go of 60 lbs with my SOTA team. On Nov. 21, 2018 I graduated to maintenance and have been able to keep my weight in target range with the help of the tools I learned from my SOTA team of nutrionists during my 21 weeks of weight loss.
