SOTA was an amazing experience for me! I couldn’t have done with without Amanda. She listened to my needs and understands that everyone is not a one size fits all solution. She is encouraging, realistic, but most importantly listens. Every week she listened to my feedback on what worked, what didn’t and how to get closer to the goal. I reached my goal in 3 weeks and owe it to her!
I am a disabled veteran with over 28 years of combat arms service. To say I am beat up with extensive injuries is an understatement. I have known hunger, starvation and malnutrition during multiple periods in my life. Good encouragement from the nutritionist. Some snacks are not too tasty but for example the cheese puffs. Bars are good and as I said support it great!
