SOTA does just what they advertise.... their follow up, guidance, and encouragement is excellent!
Man, where do I begin. From the initial visit, to me hitting my goal, the team at SOTA has been so very encouraging and professional. But, the most important thing is that it really WORKS! So far, it is a pleasure working with the people at SOTA. The instructions that were sent with the starting food items were very clear and easy to understand. Working with the SOTA coach so far has gone flawlessly. All my questions were answered. I'm looking forward to losing the weight I need to lose through the SOTA program.
I liked the fact that it was easy, the product was tasty, and the nutritionist was always available to consult you on your progress. When you had a bad week, they adjusted your meal plan and always kept you positive.
