I am totally satisfied with my results and the after care is fantastic!
I am so happy with my journey with Sota Weight Loss. I was able to get down to my goal weight. It was easier than I thought. The food was delicious, and the staff was so wonderful. They were always there when I had a question and were so encouraging and supportive! I would highly recommend Sota if you are looking to lose weight the right way!
The SOTA program and employees were great. The program was easy to follow and loved that they were their for support no matter what. I would highly recommend.
You are always there for me, just a phone call away. Your staff understand the challenges life gives you every day. The past 7 months (I joined a week before Christmas), I have buried my mother-in-law, my stepmother, my father and my father's brother. It made staying on program very challenging but thank goodness I was on it!
I am now in the maintenance part of the program, and even though I was fearful of regaining the weight I lost, I am finding it not difficult to maintain or even lose a few more pounds by following the maintenance guidelines. My support team have been excellent with suggestions for helping me keep the pounds off. I feel great and am enjoying getting some new smaller clothes!!
I am petite, so It's taken me a bit longer than some taller folks to lose my weight, but I am down 20 pounds. The team is great at keeping you focused. I still want to lose about 7 more pounds and have since, gone to maintenance. They are there to help me in this process. I'm sure it will come off slowly and I'll meet my goal.
Even though my weight increased, the nutritionist was extremely kind and very encouraging. Her response made me feel as if I can accomplish my goals!!
My experience was great and I am really happy with the results! Amanda is amazing to work with! I did my entire program remotely and it was perfect for me.
