SOTA has been perfect for me! The weekly check in call is a marker that keeps you committed to the program. Learning what to eat and how often is critical and is where the nutritionist bring their expertise. I'm down 26lbs of of today. Some days I've been down more but I know its a journey and that I'll never see those high numbers again. My goal is ten more pounds and I know exactly how to do it. SOTA taught me that!
It was easy and you can stay with it with the food choices you have
I’m 17 weeks in and I’m down 39 lbs. I’ve retired two sizes. Sent them to goodwill. If I keep them that shows no belief in the program or myself. I’m below 200 for the first time in years and only a few lbs from halfway to goal. I feel great and am not hungry. Thanks SOTA.
