Cassie di a good job for me but we Missed calls for 2 weeks Very disappointed after I paid in full for my meals you have stopped making the chips. Would like to be informed when they are available again
In 2017 I got a fitbit and started trying to lose weight. I was 320 lbs then and went down a little then gained it back. Last year I was hospitalized with Vetac and Afib. During 8 days in ICU I went down to 304 lbs. I gained it back. Today I broke 300 lbs! In 41 days I have lost 35 lbs! Blood pressure is down and clothes are fitting looser. I have only started, but this program is working!
Didn't get a complete description on items in your weight receipt. Need a copy of all of the "product" you put in program, and the details of each to know whether I will like the food.
All had been good with the exception of a few items missing from my box.
Just ok. While I accomplished my goals, the expense was significant for the value received. If you do the math, a package of a powdered oatmeal "breakfast", Powdered chili "Lunch" or chips or a snack bar costs $16 -- EACH. While there are consultants as part of the deal, he consultations were of marginal value and I only spoke to them for 10 minutes per week.

SOTA is a respectful weight loss business that encourages and guides. There is never judgement. The program is easy to follow and the week weigh ins are helpful.
This system works. Lost a total of 42 lbs. the program is well designed and easy to follow. The staff counselors are knowledgeable, professional and very personable. They really work to understand your issues and tailor the initial plan to your specific requirements, then work with you to tweak it, along the way, to optimize results. This is not a fad program. It’s a real solution to change eating habits. In my case, it helped remove Type ll Diabetes concerns. I highly recommend SOTA.
