Tricia is great she answers all my text and phone calls. I’m guy who always on the move so eating out is pretty much my way of eating. She does go job give me a thumbs up or down on the restaurants to go eat at.
I appreciate the persistence and followthrough as I can be hard to get hold of. We start tomorrow as I got my starter package this morning.

In 2017 I got a fitbit and started trying to lose weight. I was 320 lbs then and went down a little then gained it back. Last year I was hospitalized with Vetac and Afib. During 8 days in ICU I went down to 304 lbs. I gained it back. Today I broke 300 lbs! In 41 days I have lost 35 lbs! Blood pressure is down and clothes are fitting looser. I have only started, but this program is working!
Didn't get a complete description on items in your weight receipt. Need a copy of all of the "product" you put in program, and the details of each to know whether I will like the food.
All had been good with the exception of a few items missing from my box.
Just ok. While I accomplished my goals, the expense was significant for the value received. If you do the math, a package of a powdered oatmeal "breakfast", Powdered chili "Lunch" or chips or a snack bar costs $16 -- EACH. While there are consultants as part of the deal, he consultations were of marginal value and I only spoke to them for 10 minutes per week.
