The staff at SOTA Weight Loss are amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable about nutrition, and they are extremely supportive with my weight loss goals. I had problems losing weight at my age with other weight loss programs, but SOTA teaches me how to change the way I eat - lifestyle change instead of a diet. I have lost approximately 12 pounds in my first month, and my son, 19 years old, has lost 20 pounds in his first month. Thank you to the staff at SOTA for helping us!

Tricia is great she answers all my text and phone calls. I’m guy who always on the move so eating out is pretty much my way of eating. She does go job give me a thumbs up or down on the restaurants to go eat at.
