This has been a great experience! It's easy, good and works! Everyone has been extremely nice, helpful and uplifting during this process of losing my weight!
SOTA has been a very easy program to follow. The nutritionists that call once a week are very helpful. The accountability of having to give your weight over has helped me to make better choices when I was struggling. After the first month, you get to customize the products to receive. This makes the program fit in with your needs. If there was anything I would change, it would be the meal search. You can only search by month which is time consuming. They were efficient with my time. Knowledgeable about their product and told me what to expect. It has all been quite easy so far.
From the initial phone call to coming in for my first visit I felt really cared for and informed. The staff was friendly, encouraging and well organized. I felt supported and ready to being the journey.
The SOTA Program works very well. Everyone I have dealt with on the phone has been very professional and pleasant. I live two hours from the nearest office, so the distance program is working wonderfully. I am starting to love my body again! It feels great! I am very pleased with the program.

Unfortunately I am not a person who writes reviews that I would consider inspiring. I accept my limitations, but I truly want this to be inspiring, I would like for others to experience the physical and mental changes that I have, so that they can realize how great life is!
Amanda was great to help me restart and encourage around going backwards a bit but not all the way! The atmosphere at SOTA is encouraging.
