This is the BEST of the best. The plan is easy to follow and the weekly follow through with the SOTA counselor is phenomenal! I’ve lost from 245.5 lbs to 194 lbs; waist from a tight 44” to loose 36”. This plan is doable for everyone seeking to lose weight.

If I had to describe this experience in one word it would be LIFE-CHANGING!
