I have been seriously obese (at least 100 pounds, and as much as 200 pounds overweight) for the last 20 years. I was quite obese (20 to 100 pounds) for another 15 years before that. I have tried numerous weight loss programs, but mostly have used reduced calorie schemes to lose weight. This is the most effective weight loss program I have tried. The checkins with staff has been an important component to keep me accountable and offer up suggestions on recipes, motivation, and coaching to stay the course.
Lost almost twice as much per week as I have on any other program for a total of over 45 lbs. It was the easiest program I've ever used and I am certain that I can keep up the maintenance without a problem.
