I have had difficulty with sticking to a program to promote weight loss in the past, but SOTA makes it easy and they are so encouraging! I lost 20 lbs in 6 weeks. Couldn’t have done it without them!
The SOTA experience completely lived up to its billing. I lost my desired weight in the time they had estimated. I enjoyed the food and my weekly online weigh-ins and conversations with the SOTA consultant kept me on track. If my weekly weight loss did not meet expectations, they'd adjust my routine the next week. This was my first time to participate in any kind of weight loss plan and I would absolutely recommend SOTA to others.
