The program is straight forward. Follow it and you will lose the weight. The program limits carbs and sugars and if you wont use your will power to overcome your desires, you will have a hard time, but the decision is yours. The maintenance program shows you what to eat instead of the SOTA supplements. Do you have to follow maintenance to a tee? Well a cheat here or there isn't going to hurt, but be realistic in terms of how this would affect your goal.
Easy process and I am excited to get going. Glad it is nationwide!!! Ty! I will reach my goals!!!!!

I have been seriously obese (at least 100 pounds, and as much as 200 pounds overweight) for the last 20 years. I was quite obese (20 to 100 pounds) for another 15 years before that. I have tried numerous weight loss programs, but mostly have used reduced calorie schemes to lose weight.
