I have been diagnosed with an auto-immune disease that will likely mean that I will be on corticosteriods for a period of a year or two. She assured me that SOTA and the coaches will be with me all the way and will help me to avoid the weight gain that is typically the signature of these medications. I am confident that with SOTA I will beat this disease and maintain my goal weight.
The sota specialists were all great and encouraging throughout the process. I hit my weighting loss goal , in spite of the gyms being closed down the last 6 weeks of the program. Following the sota meal plan throughout the time i never had any hunger pains or felt I was going without something. Following the plan has stayed with me since I completed the diet phase And well have lost a few additional pounds even though I am eating more things now. The sota plan really works and I highly recommend it
Well, the food provided was good. However, with so much information you provided, it’s kinda hard for me to keep up with what to eat! Sure, I ate cereal for breakfast and soup for lunch, but could I eat cereal for lunch and soup for breakfast? Does it make a difference? A snack at 9:30am consisted of a protein bar.
The program was explained well. The staff over all are motivated to help you in every way, to complete your goal.
Overall quite well. Sounds like what I have been looking for. I did ask for a sample of a typical day's menu, and the details of the financial commitment (not simply the cost). Never received either.
11/10 as always. SOTA is another family and I love going in every week!!
