It is working well after four days.
All my questions were answered, time was taken to listen to me about my health and concerns. Amanda and Tricia were both very knowledgeable and explained the program well.
Exceeded my expectations!
So far so good. No cravings, I have plenty to eat every day, and I’m letting go of a steady average of 3.2 pounds a week. I have a long way to go, but the program works and I can’t wait to get to maintenance to see if I can keep the weight off long-term this time. All good!
