Exceeded my expectations!
So far so good. No cravings, I have plenty to eat every day, and I’m letting go of a steady average of 3.2 pounds a week. I have a long way to go, but the program works and I can’t wait to get to maintenance to see if I can keep the weight off long-term this time. All good!

Little apprehensive at first, but after being on the program for 5 weeks now, I am thoroughly convinced that THIS WORKS...AND the food is excellent. The weekly talks with my "coach" were also very helpful in answering my questions and giving motivation to continue on. Although I have several health issues that hindered my exercise capabilities, I was still able to lose weekly and I am still pressing on towards my goal.
The consultation was informative, professional and encouraging!
