I was in high school wrestling and dieted for years and hated it. I haven't had any discipline in this area for about 40 years! Then my wife asked me to try SOTA with her and I found those first 3 days were tough, but now I'm on a roll and over 21 pounds lighter! I can't believe I'm doing this still... but it's really not difficult. Thanks for putting this together

The staff I talk with is knowledgeable in health and well-being. everyone is very supportive. I realized I couldn't lose weight on my own anymore like I could when I was younger the people at sota helped and made it happen.

I’ve lost 16 pounds in 4 or 5 weeks. The plan is easy to follow. The weekly meetings provide coaching on how to consistently lose 3 or4 pounds the upcoming week. And the meals they provide are filling. My clothes fit better and people have noticed my weight loss.
