Choosing to go with SOTA to lose weight was a wise decision. I lost 35 lbs in 10 weeks and reached my goal weight! The program is not hard to follow and I wasn’t hungry. Five months later while in the maintenance program I have continued to stay at my goal weight. My heart condition has greatly improved. I have failed at many diets in the past. The difference this time is that SOTA taught me what to eat and what not to eat for the rest of my life.

i have been on the program for 6 weeks now, i do not find it that difficult and i actually enjo the food, i am down 41 pounds so far and i have 20 more to go to hit my goal

Everybody was so supportive, caring and friendly. I had weight loss each week weigh in. They were knowledgeable and always able to answer all my questions.

The team at SOTA Weight Loss has completely changed the trajectory of my life. Before the program I had horrible back pain and bad blood pressure numbers, and now after losing so much weight my back no longer bothers me and blood pressure is more than under control. I can't stress this enough. SOTA Weight Loss has made my life immeasurably better! The weekly meetings provide the perfect amount of accountability and continuing education. I look forward to learning a few new things every time I meet with the team at SOTA.
